Interim HR Advisor

Sector: Sustainable Facilities Management

We are recruiting an experienced Interim HR Advisor to support a large, multi-site contract within a sustainable FM organisation.

Working closely with an HR Business Partner, you'll provide hands-on HR advisory support to managers across the Midlands, Wales and support functions, covering around 350 employees.

Key focus:

• First-line HR advice on ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
• Coaching managers to build people management capability
• Supporting TUPE activity, change and mobilisations
• Attendance management, reporting and compliance
• Supporting engagement initiatives and policy implementation

About you:

• Proven HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience
• Strong UK employment law knowledge
• TUPE and contract mobilisation exposure
• Confident working in operational, multi-site environments
• Full UK driving licence required
• CIPD Level 5 desirable
