Our client an IT services firm would like to a People Partner to join their team in Surrey.

The role is varied and challenging and will sit in the leadership team, a strategically aligned position to implement, manage and develop the HR, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition strategy to enable the business to deliver its purpose and goals.

Looking after both permanent staff and their team of contractors and Associates you will help shape and develop, implement and continually improve their business from a culture perspective that will help drive their ambitious plans. Truly Generalist role that would include; Talent development and employee engagement and retention, and driving their equity, diversity & inclusion agenda.

Knowledge of working internationally and with legal suppliers and payroll providers is essential

You will be data and evidence driven and be able to innovate.
