Role: Social Media Lead (MAT Cover)

Contract Length: 6 Month Contract

We have partnered with an IT Leader, who are looking for a Social Media Lead (global). They are looking for a social expert with experience across various area, from strategy to content to listening and team management. You will work in a global remit supporting remote teams focusing mainly on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

The role is focused on building a best-in-class social presence that can engage clients, recruits, and employees. You will lead a team of social managers embedded into each of the countries within the two regions and collaborate with the local marketing teams, while being the "expert in the room" on the most effective way to use social to support the country

Job Role:

  • Develop and maintain best-in-class social presence and drive social strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the regional marketing leads and other key stakeholders
  • Oversee a team of social managers based globally
  • Collaborate with European and Global marketing treams
  • Work hand in hand with Paid Media divisions
  • Collaborate on initiatives and sharing learnings, insights, and ideas.

Skills Needed to Apply:

  • At least 10+ years of marketing/ social media.
  • Strong understanding of both social strategy and execution for campaigns.
  • Experience managing and motivating large, remote teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English but Spanish desired
