An Investment Company based at Green Park in London require a receptionist to provide cover on over the Queens Jubilee celebrations. You will need to be available to work Friday 27th May to Tuesday 7th June (inclusive)

Based on their Front of House in beautiful offices just a short walk from Green Park tube station, you will be working in a team of receptionists, and will be required to work the hours of 10.00am until 7.00pm.

As well as meeting and greeting clients, managing the booking of meetings rooms and ensuring the reception area is tidy you may also be required to

• Managing some senior individuals diaries - they have five international offices so often booking meetings across different time zones.
• Occasionally booking travel - they have a travel broker to liaise with

The role requires a receptionist who enjoys being busy and working as part of a team, and can commit to the hours of 10am until 7pm and also commit to the days of 27th May to Tuesday 7th June.
