  • Liaising with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders

  • Building reports and dashboards to support decision-making

  • Identifying and improving operational processes and workflows

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and dashboards

  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, coaching, consulting, or people-focused businesses

  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make)

  • Experience with BI/reporting tools

Why Apply?

  • High level of ownership and autonomy

  • Exposure across multiple areas of a growing business

  • Opportunity to shape processes and improve operations
