We are partnered with a Defence company who are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their Lancashire team. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for improving, maintaining, and developing the AIR-ERP service model, coordinating support processes across service suppliers, and providing regular updates to management.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and integrating support processes across associated service suppliers.
• Developing and maintain the AIR ERP service model and associated process documentation.
• Continuous Service Improvement supporting the AIR-ERP services.
• Providing reporting and status updates as required.
• Supporting service reviews and ensuring agreed service changes are managed through to delivery.
• Supporting cost reduction activities.

You will need:

• Understanding of ITIL service model.
• Experience in IT Support Processes and service-oriented background.
• Strong project Management experience.
