Client Partner - Global Media Agency

Initial 3 Month FTC (Potential to go permanent)
London - Hybrid working

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for media, client leadership, and driving meaningful results? We're looking for a Client Partner to join a globally recognised, purpose-driven media agency on an exciting journey of growth and transformation.

You'll be at the helm of a portfolio of international, multi-market clients-building deep partnerships, ensuring exceptional delivery across all channels, and playing a critical role in unlocking cross-channel growth opportunities.

You'll be surrounded by some of the best minds in media, data, and tech, all united by a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow senior client relationships across a portfolio of global accounts
  • Collaborate across strategy, media, and activation teams to drive integrated, cross-channel performance
  • Lead the creation and execution of client development plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as the senior escalation point for your clients-ensuring roadmaps stay on track and SLAs are met
  • Maintain strong commercial oversight: monitor profitability, align resources, and keep delivery razor-sharp
  • Coach and develop team members as part of a high-performing, supportive team culture

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-market media accounts-ideally within a network agency environment
  • Broad media expertise, with a strong grounding in digital channels
  • Confident communicator who can build trust with C-suite stakeholders and internal teams alike
  • Analytical, commercially savvy, and solutions-oriented
  • A natural collaborator with a proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams with ease
