Emarsys Experience Needed
Remote or Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Reporting and data analysis. Monitor the performance of emails
Build templates on Emarsys & Klaviyo and develop new ones ensuring engaging content.
Ensure all content and copy created is in line with brand strategy and guidelines working with external agency
All emails proofed, tested, signed off and delivered
Ensure content is engaging, targeted, contextual and delivered to the correct audience at the right time
Work with the CRM Manager closely
Skills:
Passion for luxury or premium brands
Experience in MS Office & Google Analytics
An understanding of audience tests and learn required
