Payroll & Benefits Manager- Global Expertise, Leadership, and Pension Knowledge

We're looking for a highly skilled payroll professional to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complexity and precision, with experience managing multi-country payrolls, leading teams, and overseeing Defined Benefit pension scheme.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
• Expertise in international payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of UK benefits administration and compliance including managing the renewals process.
• Hands-on experience DB pension schemes, including regulatory reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and 3rd party providers.
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
