Job description
Our client a global leader in the travel sector would like to recruit a Reward Advisor to manage their annual review cycle. You will need experience of using job Evaluation tools like Hay or Willis Towers Watson and providing a service to a large business.
This is offered as a maternity cover initially for a 9 month period. Good excel skills are essential as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders a hybrid 1-2 days in the office working pattern.
This is a great role to work in a fast paced and talented wider HR and Reward team.
