Senior Product Manager - Payments & BankTech

Up to €80,000 + annual bonus
We're currently working with a well-established and rapidly scaling financial technology firm operating at the forefront of Payments and BankTech innovation. Licensed and regulated as an Electronic Money Institution in the EU, our client delivers cutting-edge digital payment solutions across Europe and beyond.
As part of their ongoing growth, they're looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of scalable, secure, and customer-centric financial products.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind multiple product lines focused on payments, e-money, and digital banking infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading full product lifecycle management from strategy and vision to launch and performance optimization
- Gathering insights from customers, internal teams, and market trends to shape product direction
- Owning product metrics related to customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and profitability
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, legal, compliance, and support teams
- Ensuring all products are aligned with global payment regulations and meet the highest security standards
- Acting as the internal product advocate, inspiring and educating teams across the business
- Mentoring cross-functional teams and supporting a culture of innovation and ownership
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management within FinTech, Payments, or Banking Tech
- Deep understanding of payment systems, APIs, and back-office operations
- Knowledge of global payment regulation and financial compliance standards
- Experience in managing products across credits, loans, or SME banking (a plus)
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
