Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager

Reports to: Financial Controller

The Opportunity

Our client are one of the world's leading independent energy trading organisations, with offices located around the world and the HQ in their London office.

What you will do

• Preparation of external and internal financial statements and financial information
• Reconciliation between financial accounting and operational accounting
• Analysis of financial information and preparation of quarterly group reporting package for consolidations
• To oversee the completeness and accuracy of financial information
• Accounting in accordance with IFRS working with the UK and global controllers.
• Assist with the company's annual audit
• Stay abreast of all new International Financial Reporting Regulations and any changes to the UK regulatory environment
• Maintain and develop the financial reporting process and financial controls

Experience

* Qualified ACA, ACCA with 5+ years PQE.

* 5+ years accounting/financial reporting experience

* IFRS technical knowledge

* MS Dynamics and Excel advanced user

* Experience within the Oil/energy sector is a preference.
