This talented group require a full generalist service in addition to a variety of employee engagement and the delivery of annual appraisal and review processes.

Experience in a consulting, financial services or technology area is sought as well as a solid work history and can demonstrate innovation within their role.

CIPD qualification or similar equivalent and experience of all areas of the employee life-cycle.
