Our client would like to hire an experienced HRBP to work across a couple of hospital sites in Harlow.

You will need to have a generalist background including recruitment, discipline, grievance, organisational change and re-structuring, redundancy and changing terms and conditions of employment and TUPE and working within a unionised environment.

This is a 4 month temporary assignment. Experienced of workign in the NHS or Public sector is essential.
