An exciting brief for an Ops Director role for a brilliant independent Digital Marketing Agency focusing in the B2B space.
You will work closely with the founders and we are looking for someone who has experience within the agency space ideally you have seen an agency through a period of growth.
The Operations Director is responsible for two core functions - day-to-day service delivery and short, medium and long-term transformation undertaking activities across day-to-day operations, customer work and projects, reporting, people, strategy, budget, resource management, ways of working and operational transformation.
Responsibilities:
● Developing and implementing processes that drive high-quality output to satisfy customers' requirements
● Improving internal processes, helping to decrease cost ratios and increasing workflows between ops and client services
● Oversee the team headcount, set-up and structure and ways to optimise for future growth
● Budget Management
● Look for new tech systems to improve our delivery and work with the Founders to ensure
● Create, maintain and analyse reporting to understand and act upon KPIs
● Working closely with New Business Sales & Account Managers to help propose new solutions to customers that meet their needs while ensuring they are deliverable
