We are partnered with one of the UK's largest Aviation and Travel companies who are looking for a R2R Process Lead with strong Oracle Cloud Fusion experience. The R2R Process Lead will support the transformation journey for Finance Record-To-Report (R2R) processes, defining and delivering transformation and continual improvement changes.

As the R2R Process Lead you will be:

• Supporting the R2R Process Owner in influencing process improvements & where feasible with system changes.
• Accountable for monitoring the R2R processes, ensuring they adequately mitigates risks and maintain the controls and audit requirements, alongside creating/maintaining relevant process maps, procedures, and control documentations.
• Acting as SME for the systems supporting the R2R processes, their integration, and be aware of the interdependencies with other core processes including non-Finance processes.
• The first point of contact for system related challenges and drive towards resolution.
• Along with onshore/offshore technology teams, ensure systems are kept up to date with latest releases and meet ongoing business demands.
• Partnering with core process stakeholders across the airport to define, prioritise and implement transformation and drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting the R2R Process Owner in influencing process improvements & where feasible with system changes.
• Play a key role in the Oracle customer community forums to influence Oracles roadmap for future functionality.

You will need:

• Strong Oracle Fusion Financial and EMP experience.
• System and programme transformation delivery experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of core finance processes, controls, and best practices.
