A bit about me:
Before I came to Inventum I was working in luxury sales, I really loved sales and wanted to transition into a new career that incorporated sales but also allowed me to connect with others and help to make a positive change in their lives.
What ED&I means to me:
As someone who is mixed raced, diversity and inclusion has always been something that I was very aware of. Especially as I have been in situations where some do not understand the need for it.
I find it is so refreshing being able to work with a company that has ED&I at its core, running through everything is does. Knowing that not only does Inventum understand the importance of ED&I but that they make it part of their mission to challenge perceptions and biases. It really makes it a dream company to work for.
