​Career Development
Your career at Inventum will be supported by ongoing training and development to help you achieve your goals and ensure you have a long and successful career with us. As a smaller business, these development plans are totally bespoke to you to help you become better at what you do and achieve your career ambitions. In addition, you will become expert “Inclusive Recruiters”. We use a mix of internal and external training. For example, every two weeks on a Friday, we hold internal lunch and learn sessions on a variety of different subject​s.

Rewards
Of course it’s important to be rewarded well for what you do. And we do this in many different ways at Inventum. We believe our salaries and commission schemes are market-leading. As a recruiter, you will earn commission monthly and it will be directly calculated from YOUR sales. There is also loads of other stuff we offer. Wellbeing
We recognise the world of work has changed.  And for the better.  We want you to feel secure and create an environment which supports this.  That’s why we finish at 2pm every Friday, why we have a  hybrid approach to being in the office (3 in, 2 WFH), why you can work from anywhere in the world for the month of August, why we give you a £100 well-being allowance a month to spend on things like yoga or a massage and why we have our very own wellbeing coach who runs various workshops to help you navigate the pressures of modern life.
