A bit about me:
After having a very interesting and rewarding international career in staffing and recruitment since 1995, I joined Inventum Group in September 2022. As Co-Founder of Inventum Group Netherlands, based in Amsterdam, I am dedicated to growing the business in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. I am involved in recruitment activities and ED&I consultancy in those countries.
Apart from building the business and having the luxury of working on bicycle-distance from my home, the first time in my life, I love to travel for leisure. My wife and I love to spend time in Italy and enjoy the culture, food and wine. Staying in the Austrian mountains is another beloved destination, both in winter and summer.
What ED&I means to me:
I love the positivity of focussing on the potential of each individual, and try to look beyond what meets the eye. Enabling talents to flourish is my passion. That is where ED&I plays an eminent role.
