I'm proud to be partnering with a leading global media agency who are looking for an Account Planning Director to work across one of their biggest accounts!
In this role, you'll drive media investment planning for a prestigious account, developing strategies to increase brand consideration and drive sales across digital and retail. You will be working across 33 European markets bridging the gap between brand & performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Planning: Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies that drive awareness and conversions, with clear KPIs tied to brand impact and sales.
- Omnichannel Strategy: Collaborate across teams to build integrated digital strategies (social, programmatic, paid search) that ensure seamless cross-channel execution.
- Optimization: Analyse data to refine strategies, optimise ROI, and provide insights into how media influences brand perception and sales.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven expertise in full-funnel media planning with a focus on both brand awareness and performance outcomes.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyse and translate complex data into actionable, measurable strategies.
- Retail & Multichannel: Familiarity with multi-country retail brands and integrating e-commerce, membership, and stores.
- Collaborative Leadership: Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Innovative Mindset: Strategic perspective on emerging platforms and technologies, including AI solutions.
