Our client a leader in lending services to the SME market would like to recruit a Change and Engagement communications specialist that works with the Chief People Officer to develop communications and engagement strategies with an initial specific focus on the change management communications requirements related to a newly acquired entity.

The role will engage with key stakeholders and leaders to develop a clear and consistent narrative and in-house style and develop appropriate communications for a variety of projects. You would lead the communications work stream focusing on change management of relevant programmes and communications plans are comprehensive. You will project Manage regular staff opinion surveys and analyse results and follow ups.

You must have extensive experience in the change communications space and be comfortable presenting to large groups and be able to analyse the employee opinion survey results and advise on engagement initiative.

This role will involve some travelling to other UK sites and could either be full or part time or potentially as a contractor.
