Corporate Paralegal

This opportunity will be a permanent position within an exciting global communications company who is looking for an ambitious Corporate Paralegal to expand their Corporate team. Their offices are based in London and they are currently working in a hybrid model.

Some of the tasks and duties will include:

• Providing support to their corporate and commercial lawyers on transactional work, including M&A activity, joint ventures, investments, finance transactions and intra-group transactions
• Assisting the company secretarial function with establishing and managing global corporate structure, including the incorporation and management of their entities and branches around the world and navigating new jurisdictions and their respective ongoing governance requirements
• Providing support with their regulatory and license applications, including by collating entity information and taking responsibility for notary processes in various jurisdictions
• Management of their global corporate KYC information, including in relation to investor structure
• Assisting with commercial agreements to facilitate their business operations, including sponsorship agreements, engagement letters, and service agreements

To be considered for this role you will require the following:

• Paralegal experience in a private practice or in-house environment (6 months minimum)
• Experience as a Corporate Paralegal
• Completed or studying LPC (Ideally)
• Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
