Disputes Paralegal

We are working with a a very modern forward thinking law firm who is looking to fill a temporary role as a Disputes Paralegal. This role would be a 12-month position and it will suit a candidate who had previous experience as a paralegal.

This role will see you support and carry out legal research to fee-earners within the Disputes team / Contentious Trusts and Estates. The duties will be varied and could include:

• Assisting busy fee-earners on document management and providing similar assistance to Commercial Disputes team.
• Carry out legal research, draft and proof-read legal documents.
• Methodically analyse and summarise complex issues.
• Prepare bundles/ files as requested.
• Provide wider support and assistance to the team in particular during busy periods or periods of absence

The ideal candidate would have studied a law degree or completed their GDL. Experience of having worked in a law firm would be preferable in a contentious team.
