Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Manager for a 3-month temporary contract in Bristol. This role involves providing financial advice and guidance to managers to enhance business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Lead the production of high-quality financial monitoring reports and manage the closure of annual accounts.
- Budgeting and Planning: Develop detailed revenue and capital budgets and manage financial plans.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate assigned staff, supporting their development through coaching and mentoring.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Prepare and present financial information to various stakeholders and collaborate with external partners as required.
- Strategic Financial Management:Contribute to financial strategy and policy formulation, ensuring alignment with professional standards.
- Risk Management:Ensure effective delivery of risk management, insurance, and associated strategies.
