Our client a destination leisure and hospitality organisation would love to recruit a Head of People for their Private Equity backed multi -site concept.

The role will suit a generalist who wants to play a key role in the leadership team and manage the recruitment / performance / projects and D&I focuses on the businesses as well as providing a Business partner and coaching service to managers.

You will need to be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience as well as a passion / experience in Hospitality or similar F&B related industries.
