Job description

Our client a household brand would like to recruit a Head of site for their Insurance Contact Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing the Sales, Service and Retention teams (over 1000FTE). You will deliver more efficient ways of working and processes through good cost management and identifying new opportunities to improve outcomes and deliver savings

Deliver to the transformation agenda - including IT and new ways of working through location and target operating model change.

You will be familiar and experienced of working in a regulated environment and to lead, manage and motivate staff to achieve high levels of staff engagement, operational performance and quality (customer service and compliance).
You will implement the agreed budget for operational costs and lead on the strategy to support delivery of the annual profit budget and deliver costs saving s via process improvement.
