Job description
Our client a global leader in engineering project management would like to recruit a HR Coordinator to assist the HR team with their new joiner process and be a point of contact for the HR Team.
You will provide support with a range of tasks including:
Drafting offer letters and contracts, on-boarding of new joiners, including the processing of new joiner documentation, background checks, references, and inductions.
Contractual update letters for employees (e.g. salary, contractual changes, leaves of absence, etc.)
Collating and updating data around the monthly payroll processes
Monitoring the HR in boxes and responding to any queries or escalating when required.
This is a temporary opportunity however there could be an opportunity for temp to perm.
