Our client a global agri-chemical business would like to hire an experienced HR Generalist to support their sites around the UK. This will be a great role joining with the roll out of a new HR structure and will support across all elements of HR, including Employee relations, performance reviews, manager coaching, data processing and using data to identify trends.

Will suit an experienced generalist who would like to work in a global organisation. Experience of Workday would beneficial and experience of working with blue collar and / or unionised environments would be highly sought after.
