Job description

Our client a mid-sized retail bank would like to hire an interim Business Partner to focus on Reward and Payroll from a data perspective.

The HRBP works with the Chief People Officer and across the HR function to contribute to the development of HR Strategy and core processes, with a primary focus on reward, benefits and reporting & analytics This role also manages the HRIS system and is responsible to the integrity and accuracy of HR data.

You will have experience of monitoring and delivery of annual Fit & Proper process as associated reporting and operational responsibility for all aspects of SMCR processes.

In addition to assisting the CPO with the annual reward process and related reports including, gender pay gap, and Exco and Remco.

We are looking for an immediate start for either an interim, FTC or temp to perm opportunity.
