Inventum Group is seeking a highly experienced Interim Senior Finance Director (CFO) for an exciting 3-month contract, with an immediate start. This role is hybrid, offering a daily rate of £600-£750 (with flexibility), making it an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional.

Key Details:

• Location: Hybrid (Derby-based with remote working)
• Contract Length: 3 months
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible)
• Rate: £600-£750/day (flexibility available)
• Interviews: Microsoft Teams

Key Duties:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and oversee financial performance.
• Lead the development and implementation of robust financial strategies and ensure effective deployment of resources.
• Engage with key stakeholders and partners to ensure financial goals align with broader organisational objectives.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Collaborate on projects related to General Practice (non-patient-facing) and contribute to broader healthcare initiatives.
• Support and guide cross-functional teams to achieve financial outcomes efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Senior finance leadership experience (CFO level).
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to start immediately and commit to the full contract.
