Job description
Our client a mid size challenger bank who lend principally to small and medium sized UK based enterprises to support a range of business needs.
This is an internally focused role that works with the Chief People Officer to develop communications and engagement collateral and interventions with an initial specific focus on the change management communications requirements
You will possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to present compellingly to senior stakeholders with strong IT skills including social media, You will have experience of writing change management communications as well as day to day and be comfortable presenting to large groups. You will also be able to analyse the employee opinion survey results and advise on engagement initiatives.
The will involve some travelling to other UK sites in South London, Cheshire and the Midlands.
