International Trade Paralegal

We are working with an International Law Firm who is looking for an International Trade Paralegal to support their London office. This role would be a 6 month contract and it will suit a candidate who had previous experience as a Paralegal with knowledge on International Trade Law.

The chosen candidate will join the International Trade and Investment team, to provide support for servicing the practice's clients. Working with the Partners and wider team, the candidate will develop their knowledge conducting legal research and assisting with document review.

Some tasks and duties will include:

• Assist with document review and due diligence
• Assist with project work for the firm
• Draft, check and amend legal documents
• Liaise with internal and external counsel, within the UK and globally
• Write concise memoranda to summarise research results
• Maintain document, transcript, and work product databases
• Conduct legal research
• Maintain confidentiality of client information

The ideal candidate would need:

• Completed LLB
• Experience as a Paralegal within a Law Firm
• Completed LPC (Desirable)
