We are currently working with an innovative and socially conscious international Pharmaceutical company who are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join their team.

You will be: Working with the chief people officer on the design and implementation of L&D strategies ensuring that learning solutions meet business priorities, both in terms of content, delivery format and timing. Managing third-party providers and external education institutions and developing a vision for L&D ensuring it aligns with the people and business strategies.

You will have experience: Experience designing and delivering L&D programmes, providing L&D metrics and KPI updates for monthly stakeholder reports, managing L&D systems including eLearning portals and strong IT skill with experience with Microsoft office suite or experience with Oracle.

Salary: £70k

Location: Offices in London and the Midlands

Hybrid: 2 days a week
