The position is based in Guilford, Surrey.

Job type: Temporary - up to 3 months, with possibility to become permanent.

What you will do

This role is extremely varied and will involve collaboration and communication with many different parts of the business. You will be providing an efficient postal service, dealing with daily internal and external post and daily incoming, and outgoing couriers, assisting with confidential paper & disc shredding, general recycling, archiving and storage management. Up-keeping of the company pool cars including the bookings of MOT, services, and tyre checks. You will need to demonstrate skills of efficiency, enthusiasm, and diligence.

Experience

Experience of working in an office and postal service can be advantageous but not essential. This is a great entry level opportunity for anyone looking to step outside of their comfort zone and into the real world of business!
