Are you a strategic marketer who thrives on crafting campaigns that truly influence customer behaviour? Our client is hiring a B2C Marketing Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact strategies across the full customer journey - from acquisition to advocacy - helping customers transition into the new era.
As the landscapes shift, you'll play a pivotal role in helping a large, diverse customer base adopt new technologies - ensuring no one is left behind.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of customer contact strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Deliver multi-channel initiatives using web, app, email, social, print, and partner comms.
Use customer insight, behavioural science, and creativity to design impactful strategies that move customers from early adoption to mass-market adoption.
Align and influence a cross-functional virtual team - ensuring delivery is joined-up, timely, and effective.
Champion and refine marketing approaches through a test-and-learn mindset and data-led decision-making.
Own campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop messaging that's both strategic and emotionally resonant.
Skills Needed:
- Strong track record designing and delivering end-to-end contact strategies and marketing campaigns (who/what/when/how), with a hands-on approach across digital channels.
Strategic and creative thinker, passionate about using marketing to drive real-world behaviour change.
Experience influencing, managing, and persuading matrix teams, with confidence to get your ideas prioritised across wider business functions (line management experience a bonus).
Proven experience in customer lifecycle marketing - particularly driving acquisition, retention, and behaviour change.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to distil data into actionable insights using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Agile working experience (e.g., Jira) and comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Degree in Marketing, Business or Economics (or equivalent experience).
Benefits Include:
