Our client a global leader in the travel industry would like to hire an interim worker Internal Communications Business partner for an initial 6- month period. This varied role will involve managing and designing a suite of employee driven engagement events. You will have experience of developing content for these events and providing suitable feedback on success.
Extensive experience of working with senior stakeholders is essential and the ability to influence on and advise comms best practice and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in challenging the status quo and be the trusted comms and engagement advisor. Diplomatic and experienced influencer who can confidently work with and across numerous teams, clients and more senior stakeholders, especially other functional leads
Expert in creating comms and engagement feedback and metric to ensure success of the plan and ability to drive change when these might not be working.
Leading and influencing other Comms professionals.
