Our client, a leading Digital and Creative Marketing Agency would like to recruit an Office Manager- Finance Support Administrator to cover a Maternity leave currently 10-11 months in duration.
This will be a varied role with a mainly remote working pattern (1-2 days in the office) and be a mix between supporting the HR function including assisting with recruitment and on-boarding, induction etc. In addition to managing any training requirements and reviews take place and ongoing record management.
The role will also cover PA support for Directors' diary management and travel arrangements in addition to finance admin including credit control, bookkeeping, staff expenses and purchase ledger.
Essential requirements knowledge of MS Office - they use G'suite and some credit control and finance experience. Full training will be provided.
