Job description
Our client a well respected financial services organisation in the pensions arena would like to hire an organised operational executive to assist with their process improvement of their back and middle- office functions to suit their growth plans and new technology.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Office Manager to enhance their day to day operations and tasks will include
Devise and and monitor improvements (in areas covering, but not limited to, operations, client on-boarding and relationship, HR, finance, IT, database management etc.
Coach and mentor office staff in process improvement
Implement (and maintain) improved company database about (pension) schemes and clients
Manage quality assurance, compliance and governance, and ensure administration and office operational activities run smoothly
Manage relationships with outsourced suppliers (e.g., IT and Finance), including monitoring delivery in line with SLAs, best practice and budgets
This varied role will suit someone with solid operational skills and an interest or experience in financial services or pensions.
