Our client a global provider of technology and financial services would like to engage a experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their Shared Services operation. You will have experience working in a complex matrix organisation with large volume payroll.

You may have worked within a large outsource payroll provider or within a complex organisation delivering multiple payrolls. You will be able to demonstrate a solid career in process improvement and the delivery of a service to thousands of employees.

Experience of team management and working with senior leaders and stakeholders will be essential.
