Our client one of the UK's leading educational consultancies, would like to recruit a People and Culture Manager to deliver a clear People agenda that that supports employees with competence development including generalist HR, Appraisals and Employee Communications and Engagement strategy.

The role is varied and will include.

Employee Engagement and survey gathering, Recruitment and Resourcing, Onboarding / Off Boarding, Appraisal Diary Management, contract generation.

A 3 day week working pattern with a hybrid model is envisaged.
