For one of our clients we are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join their team in Germany!
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for increasing revenue, member retention, and maximizing occupancy in Berlin and Hamburg. You will work closely with the building teams and the central sales team to ensure an excellent member experience. You will also be responsible for selling all products and buildings within the German portfolio.
Implement an effective business strategy to expand the German portfolio in Berlin and Hamburg.
Increase rates to support revenue performance in all cities within your responsibility.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team to establish an effective Account Management program.
Monitor the competitive landscape and products in the major cities of Germany and develop a commercially astute sales strategy.
Be an ambassador within our broker/agent community in Germany.
Work with the local team to secure significant transactions and anchor tenants aligned with the company goals.
Organize building launches in your cities to convince our customers of our product.
Create building-specific marketing plans that address both the flexible and traditional markets.
Negotiate and finalize new memberships.
2+ years of experience, preferably in the flexible workspace industry.
Proven track record of increasing revenue and member retention.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in German and English.
