Residential Property Paralegal

We are working with a very modern forward thinking law firm who is looking for a Property Residential Paralegal. This role would be a 12 month position and it will suit a candidate who had previous experience as a paralegal.

This opportunity will see you support and carry out legal research to fee-earners within the Residential and Secured Lending Team. The duties will be varied and could include:

• Assisting busy fee-earners on document management and transaction progression on several complex large cases.
• Carry out legal research, draft and proof-read legal documents.
• Methodically analyse and summarise complex issues.
• Prepare report appendices as requested.
• Provide wider support and assistance to the team during busy periods or periods of absence

The ideal candidate would have studied a law degree or completed their GDL. Experience of having worked in a law firm would be preferable specially in a Residential or Secured Lending team.
