The Role:
As the Public Sector Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success in this market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan to establish Inventum as a preferred recruitment partner for public sector organizations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, including government agencies, local authorities, and public institutions.
- Growing a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
- 5. Collaborating with our existing teams to leverage our expertise in Finance, Legal, and Marketing to deliver comprehensive recruitment solutions to public sector clients.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in public sector recruitment policies and regulations.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, preferably with a focus on the public sector.
- In-depth knowledge of public sector recruitment processes, policies, and regulations.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
