The Role:

As the Public Sector Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success in this market. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing a strategic plan to establish Inventum as a preferred recruitment partner for public sector organizations.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, including government agencies, local authorities, and public institutions.
  3. Growing a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  4. 5. Collaborating with our existing teams to leverage our expertise in Finance, Legal, and Marketing to deliver comprehensive recruitment solutions to public sector clients.
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in public sector recruitment policies and regulations.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, preferably with a focus on the public sector.
  2. In-depth knowledge of public sector recruitment processes, policies, and regulations.
  3. Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  5. Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
