Real Estate Paralegal

We are working with a commercial boutique law firm who is looking for a Paralegal to join their Real Estate team. This role will be a permanent position and it will suit someone who wants to develop their career in this area.

The main duties and requirements will be:

• Assisting the Real Estate team but, there will also be some work for the Litigation, Construction and Company/Commercial teams.
• Carry out legal research, draft and proof-read legal documents.
• Methodically analyse and summarise complex issues.
• Have experience as a Paralegal.

The ideal candidate would have studied a law degree and completed their LPC. Depending on the quality of the candiditate the role could progress into a Training Contract. Experience of having worked in a law firm would be preferable specially in a Resident or Secured Lending team.
