Receptionist - 6 month maternity contract

This is a slightly unusual position, due to COVID, and will be a remote position, and then will convert to office based.
A busy set of Barristers Chambers have a receptionist who is due to go on maternity soon, so this position will start on 21st February.
The role will initially be remote. It will be more of a switchboard role, answering calls and ensuring that clients receive a great service and that enquiries are dealt with promptly. You will be provided with a headset, handset and software to be able to complete this remotely at home. The barristers chambers is very busy so this will be a full time role working 9 to 5.30pm
As the barristers start to return to the office, this role will become office based, on front reception, answering the calls, meeting and greeting clients and organising the meeting rooms (there is no set date for the return to the office)
The ideal candidate would have strong reception or customer care experience. Experience of a legal environment would desirable but not in any way essential.
