We are working with a leading exclusive restaurant chain on an great role for a Reservations Agent to join their head office in Shoreditch. Starting ASAP!

To be successful in this role you will need to be an engaging communicator ensuring inspirational service is delivered to customers.

You will be the first port of call to customers, with impeccable communication skills and telephone manner. The ideal Reservations Agent is customer focused, excellent communication and will be skilled in operating booking systems.

Must be flexible to work weekends on a shift pattern with hours varying between 9am to 10pm.

* Outgoing disposition and personable phone manner
* Impressive time management and organisational skills
* The ability to handle high-volume inbound calls
* Team player within all aspects of our business
* System orientated - knowledge of Zendesk desirable
