Residential Property Solicitor

A modern and innovative Law Firm is seeking the expertise of a Residential Property Solicitor for a permanent position to support their London office.

The Residential Property team routinely help clients with a range of residential property transactions in London and all over the UK. They also have excellent experience in dealing with prime and super-prime London properties, as well as country houses and regular conveyancing transactions.

The firm is seeking a collaborative lawyer (2PQE+), who is used to providing substantive legal advice and has strong stakeholder management skills, working with external counsel or in-house counsel of Portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will be motivated and able to take ownership of matters yet work collaboratively at the same time. Experience in Residential Property is a must. Some Commercial Residential awareness will be desirable but not mandatory.

Tasks and duties will be related but not limited to:

• The sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
• The sale and purchase of new build properties, off-plan properties, and listed properties
• Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions
