Job description

Our client a leading global professional services firm would like to hire a Reward Advisor for an 18 month maternity contract.

This is a varied role covering looking after a variety of benefits programs and managing annual salary cycles. Support the annual compensation review process, including analysis of salary survey and benchmark data to inform and update the pay strategy.

You will provide support to the business and assiting with ad-hoc reward projects from concept to delivery, e.g. introduction of new benefits, change of benefits. Monitoring changes to legislation to ensure our reward programme is as competitive as possible and legally compliant Contributing to the development of new benefit programmes and processes to meet business needs and ensure competitiveness in the market.

You will need to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders e.g. wider HR team, business managers, payroll and administration teams to work in a collaborative and effective way.
