We're Hiring: Reward Analyst (6-Month Temp Contract)

Location: Derbyshire (3 days/week on-site)

Are you a detail-driven data enthusiast with a passion for reward operations? We would like to hire a Reward Analyst to join a globally respected organisation delivering cutting-edge, clean power solutions.

This is a 6-month temporary contract supporting a high-volume period in the People Services Reward Operations team. You'll play a key role in delivering global reward programmes that recognise and motivate talent across regions.

Role

• Coordinate salary reviews and incentive plans
• Maintain accurate data across HR and payroll systems
• Support audits, compliance checks, and year-end reward cycles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reward processes
• Keep documentation and process guides up to date

Experience needed

• Experience in Pay Awards, Bonuses, and Reward data
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with large datasets
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn fast
