Senior Copywriter / Senior Content Executive

Responsibilities:

• Writing high quality pieces on a range of subjects that is both creative and SEO-optimised
• Be able to interpret briefs for content from clients and from the PR team and produce the content that has been asked for
• Participating in idea sessions for clients with wider creative team and able to brainstorm with fellow team members for new ideas
• Able to turn around completed pieces of content within a short space of time but still achieving a high quality, and work to tight deadlines
• Be adaptive to a range of different content types e.g. onsite blog posts, ad-hoc comments, case studies, etc.
• Be able to utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs and Moz to track and inform content
• Manage your workload effectively and prioritise content production when ad-hoc projects drop in

Skills:

• Strong written and communication skills
• Excellent spelling and grammar
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Good attention to detail

Requirements:

• 2/3 years' experience in copywriting
• Strong understanding of SEO
• Keen to learn and develop in the areas of content marketing

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 /year

Candidates who are successful during the initial interview stage may also be asked to complete a writing task.
